“Ordered a few items before Christmas none of which were delivered were simply cancelled and I was refunded with no explanation as to what had happened at all. This ment some presents missing for Christmas and still had to source them afterwards absolutely discacefull. Bad customer service as I had informed them it was taking a long time to deliver and they said it would be here.”

“Despite numerous emails stating that you have free delivery to Mainland UK I have now discovered that my postcode AB13 has been added to a list of exemptions. The reason I was given was that the courier company has added additional charges to this address. I find this very hard to believe given that this address is part of Aberdeen city and other addresses to Aberdeen city receive free delivery. The norm is that there are additional charges to Highlands and Islands which Aberdeen is not. Very disappointed that Bargain Max appear to be profiteering from this or if it is indeed the courier company Bargain max is not fighting this on behalf of the customer. I for one will not be paying a delivery charge when an address along the road in the same city does not. Very disappointing.”

“Would not recommend buying from here. My order was shipped on the 7th of December and I still haven't received it. It has been with Hermes since the 8th of December and cannot get my money back until it arrives and I have to refuse it. Which it probably never will.”
