“Item not received. Two weeks in transit then Hermes admit its lost. BargainMax insisted on waiting for dialogue with Hermes BEFORE issuing a refund despite Hermes emailing to say item lost. Polite emails from BM but some offer of compensation should have been offered for inconvenience.”

“Haven't received my items I delivered in November on next day delivery. Having to go through PayPal for refund so very disappointed as these were Christmas presents for my girls so not sure i'll even get them in time for Christmas now.”

“If I could give no stars would. The price charged was higher than the price pre printed on the package by the manufacturer. Also supposed to be 4 separte items, but cme pre-packaged as 1.”

“My order was delivered to the wrong address. When I contacted Bargain Max they said they would sort it but 24hours later nothing... I had to collect it myself and once finally received the boxes were all damaged”
