“Ordered over a week ago, and it said 2/4 days delivery time. I contacted customer service chat, and they were rude and unhelpful. Item still not here, and no communication from company. Awful customer service. Avoid”

“Terrible service. Ordered item on Friday, due to it saying it would arrive within 2 to 4 days... It's Wednesday now and it still hasnt even been dispatched. Been fobbed off by customer service saying its because i ordered after 2pm on a friday??? Do you only work Fridays, 9 til 2 or something ?? Sort it out!!! Change your delivery infoat the very least if you're not going to abide by your own delivery guidelines, saves customers waiting on a gift that is never going to arrive on time. Terrible service, terrible attitudes.”

“If I could put zero stars I would. 6times Hermes said they'd attempted delivery. Was actually once I have CCTV. Twice it was returned I asked bargain max to use different carrier was assured they would next day Hermes have my parcel. Email saying access problem ( there is none) and now it's been returned again! Constant email to bargain max but rarely answered. Never buying from here again, customer service is appalling”

“Offer next day delivery but can’t fulfill order. Courier still has parcel 5 days after payment. Not offered a refund. Would recommend you avoid this company”

“TERRIBLE COMPANY . SENDS OUT FAULTY GOODS AND DOESN’T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEM AND FOB YOU OFF TELLING YOU TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER, WHEN I KNOW MY RIGHTS ON RECEIVING FAULTY GOODS! RETURNED THE ITEM THROUGH HERMES AND THEY HAVE PROOF OF THIS ALSO BEEN TOLD ITS REACHED THE LAST TRACKING POINT AND THEYRE STILL REFUSING TO REFUND ME. SO TRADING STANDARDS IT IS!”

“I received my item and the package was damaged and then when I opened that box the box on the inside was all damaged as well. This was a birthday gift for a kid and after paying delivery charges was not good enough would not recommend buying here again!”

“Not great service at all. I ordered on the 6th of April for next day delivery it didn’t arrive so I contacted them and they said it should be with me in 24hours but in the meantime they refunded my delivery. 8th came and still nothing and I contacted them again for them to say I had to wait a further 48hours for Hermes to let them know what’s happened with my parcel. Now 48hours have passed and had no communication with bargain max to tell me what’s happening and still no item. I’m very disappointed and will not be buying from here again. Customer service was nice to begin with but after the second time of speaking with them they was not helpful at all. I would not suggest purchasing from them if you expect your items next day. I know it’s difficult times for everyone right now but I feel they should not offer a service of next day delivery if they can not commit to it. I’m now waiting for a reply to my emails to get a refund”

“I ordered something .someone didn’t put the house name on the parcel .it was def there on my details .realised when I looked on the Hermes site for expected delivery .rang up bargain max .they couldn’t care less .never even apologised .rang Hermes and had to chase the parcel all around locally just left with some random person luckily that was honest .Was lucky this time .over priced for the item .but I already knew that when ordering .pants customer service .never again .avoid”

“i placed my order with barginMax in mid February and i still haven't received my parcel (8th March) . It was for my grandsons birthday so very disappointed. Contacted BarginMax last Thursday they blamed the courier Hermes which is not good enough as it was BagrinMax who took my order and money. Bad attitude with their customer service!" if you don't want it send it back and well refund!!! Tried tracking the order but it only says it has left and received by courier but no notification of when delivery will take place. Bad service .”
