This is the worst toy. Just don’t buy it. The silly string stained our ceiling.

Very disappointed that I purchased ‘colour brain’ game as advertised on the website back in October and subsequently put the game away for Christmas. It is only when we have come to play it that I have discovered that I have been sent the US edition ‘color brain’ and the questions are therefore aimed towards the American market which completely spoiled the enjoyment. The photo on the website when I made the purchase was clearly the UK version ‘colour brain’ and I have therefore been left feeling very disappointed and some what duped. I can’t see me purchasing from bargain max again in light of this.

You sent a parcel to the wrong address. After giving correct details you sent a replacement also to the wrong address!

Ordered on the 4th of December, arrived on the 23rd - so much for 3-6 day delivery! No response to my emails either.

Very bad. Delivered to wrong address. Lots of ignored and fobbing me off emails. Said another one has been sent. Never received. More ignored emails in a attempt to get a refund!!

My parcel has been with courier for 12 days “processing”! Bargain max customer service assured me that I would have it by the end of last week and it still says “processing” on courier website! One line blunt answers from customer services no apologies or explanations for delay! Going to have some disappointed kids at Christmas!

Very poor service . I ordered a doll for my granddaughter for her Christmas But very very disappointed when the doll arrived as I opened the package if was filthy as if it posted in an old vacuum cleaners bag I had to clean it first as it was actually shocking not only that but the actual package was badly damaged . You live and you learn . So never again from bargain max You get what you pay for Be aware.

Item not received. Two weeks in transit then Hermes admit its lost. BargainMax insisted on waiting for dialogue with Hermes BEFORE issuing a refund despite Hermes emailing to say item lost. Polite emails from BM but some offer of compensation should have been offered for inconvenience.

Haven't received my items I delivered in November on next day delivery. Having to go through PayPal for refund so very disappointed as these were Christmas presents for my girls so not sure i'll even get them in time for Christmas now.
