Item arrived damaged beyond repair. Emailed customer services but I am yet to receive a response. Safe to say I want be purchasing from BargainMax again.

The item came with the box ripped at the top and the bottom two corners damaged meaning that I could not give as a present as bought for.

Item arrived & box was absolutely trashed, daughter saw what was inside, not impressed as it was a birthday pressie for her. Emailed the company & heard nothing back.

Had to buy 2 of the same toy to get delivery on time or even close. The customer service person just gave me lot of excuses, but didn’t actually help with anything

Bought a Hasbro Transformers: Energon Igniters Nitro Series - Optimus Prime toy on the 15th July hoping it would be plenty of time for his birthday on the 2nd August for my nephew’s birthday as I let him choose what he wanted as a present. Upon receiving the wrong product, it took a few days to get a reply and when I did, they wanted me to keep the wrong product at a discount! I said no, I told I wanted the correct product I had bought that was advertise. It then took another few days to get a reply...finally got a returns code which wasn’t a simple process, sent the parcel back on the same day I got the return code. Waited for 1 week with no update, finally they asked if I wanted a refund or replacement product. I said replacement product as long as it arrives by the end of the week in time for my nephews birthday...got an email saying they’re giving me a refund as they can’t promise delivery by then! So so so disappointed with the service, communication, no product, no surprise present for my nephew as he didn’t know I was getting him this for a present. Not a good buying experience and a waste of time chasing them with emails!

1 toy the box was really damaged it looked terrible for a lresent and the batman tower has missing bits to it. Not happy

Item was marked with green coloured paint / pen on Buzz’ helmet which is clear, there was a bit of paint missing off one of the pretend buttons and there was a black mark on Buzz’ arm. Key anyway because couldn’t be bothered going through the stress of returning and waiting for another to arrive but unlikely to use this site again.

Not happy as had to pay to return parcel through post office a few weeks ago still no refund sent email to customer service said they haven't received the parcel really fed up with all the hassle

I had to sent the item back. Toy stopped working after first use. The shop didnt return my money for costs which I paid to send item back.

The service was good until I had to return a product. The returns process itself isn’t simple as you have print your own form and organise & pay for the return yourself. The customer service is shocking, I returned the item on 29.04.20 and haven’t received a refund by 18.06.20, I contacted the company on 20.05.20 and they didn’t even have the decency to reply! I appreciate we are living in unprecedented times, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect some sort communication.

My first order with this company and I have to say I am disappointed. I ordered my cousins birthday presents and still has not arrived it has been 7 days where as on their website it says delivery is between 2-4 days.
