“Ordered over a week ago, still haven't received any parcel, the tracking number is useless as it still saying there are wa on my parcel to be received by the company... “Bad customer service. I received a faulty item for my daughters birthday. I have returned it but they won’t provide my return postage costs so I’m £11 out of pocket for a faulty item that they sent and couldn’t replace. Would not recommend or buy with them again.”

“I will never order from this company again! Absolute disgraceful customer service! I had no trouble in the beginning getting my order but as soon as I had an issue I’ve had nothing but hell tying to get a hold of someone. I wanted to return one of the items as the toy was rubbish! No other word for it! Anyway I finally got it resolved about sending this back for a refund which I did and since then I’ve had weeks going back & forward trying to see if my return has been received and if I am getting my refund. I ended up contacting the courier service instead who insisted it was sent to bargain max and that they should get back to me so again I contacted bargain max waited days for someone to finally say I would be issued my refund in 1-2 days. Three messages later trying to contact them as I’ve still not received my refund and I have still not had a reply! It’s only £18.99 but it’s £18.99 I could have spent elsewhere on a better toy!”

“I am very disappointed with the service provided , I did not receive the item that was advertised , I received the older version , with a lot less products init than was advertised on the website , I have had to write several emails Back and forth to try and get some sort of resolution and they had the cheek to offer me just a 15% refund ! Totally unacceptable customer services ! False advertising of products , I will not be using this website again to purchase anything !”

“I purchased two items, which both arrived on time. One of the items was a bouncy bubble pack, once my daughters had started playing with the item we realised that the gloves to bounce the bubbles were missing. I quickly sent an email to BargainMax customer services advising that the gloves were missing and asking for another pair to be sent. By the time they replied I had since discarded the box that the bubbles had come in, as my daughters had played with some of the items. I received an email for bargain max advising that they could not assist me or supply a replacement without a picture of the box the items came in. I found this very disappointment, I clearly have proof of purchase, it was not an expensive item and I was merely requesting a pair of gloves to be sent out. Due to their poor customer service I will not be using BargainMax again, very poor customer service and very poor response.”
