“Really pleased with the products price and delivery, an item was not in stock i received an email before dispatch which was generous of them to inform me. don't know if it was Evri or bargain max's fault but I had a parcel missing containing 3 items emailed them still awaiting reply up until now if 10 star the service :)”

“Terrible, sorry emails sent and ignored except the first one saying "thank you for your cancellation" I've had no refund, no further contact. Steal your money and won't give it back. Terrible company.. I'll be warning all my family to avoid this shop.”

“Bargain Max is a terrible company. Not only do they ignore your emails, but they dispatch at their own pace. No regard for the 3 day dispatch time. Their phone line is forever down & they use Evri which is possibly the worst delivery company known to man. Lovely Jamie took a photo of darkness to show where my sons birthday gift was when it was fairly light outside. After making the photo lighter you can see numerous boxes stacked in what looks like his van. I heard Jamie walk down my neighbours drive to pretend to drop it off there, despite him parking directly outside my house. My lights were clearly on, I even opened my door before he drove off quickly. I straight away checked my parcel status and went hunting for what would be a large box. He would of seen my photo of my door step I added to my Evri account. This is classed as theft and because Evri is impossible to contact, these poor excuses steal people's parcels. I am now £90 down and will have to wait to see if PayPal can refund me.”

“I'm Currently having the same problem purchased through ebay exact same issue tracking number provided when tried to track just kept saying its been sent back I was able to get in touch with someone on ebay they said they would send me a refund but im still waiting how are they able to get away with this over and over again can't believe I've been scammed all the other 4 and 5 star reviews must be fake total scammers avoid shame I thort id gotten a lovely bargain of something my daughter would of realy loved!!!!!”

“Absolute horrible company to deal with,goods arrived damaged and when I sent pictures they tried to tell me that there was nothing wrong with them and wouldn’t take responsibility at all…. Terrible customer service!!!!”

“I'd give zero stars if I could. Taken money for a order and not delivered it. Evri can't find my parcel with tracking number but apparently its been sent to them. Tried ringing bargainmax.co.uk but there phone lines aren't on nor do they reply to any emails. I seen the products advertised on ITV THIS MORNING and it's a scam! No refund no delivery. AVOID”

“Ordered a toy for my son 3 weeks ago and it never turned up. I have emailed customer service twice and had no response! You can’t get through to them on the phone. They now have my money but I don’t have the item or paid for nor can I get a reply from them to get a refund! Scam”

“Love bargain max, only came across this site back in September and already made some huge savings that I'm delighted with for my daughters Christmas! I came across this make your own outfit sets that would fit barbies and I had never thought of buying anything like that before but honestly so glad I did and the bargain was something that couldn't be missed. Deliveries have always arrived within the week and everything is always in good condition. I have yet to contact customer service and that's a great thing as this means everything is running smoothly. Would definitely recommend.”

“Order sent via Evri, Bargainmax have confirmed by email that the order is lost but no communication from Bargainmax since. I have opened a case with paypal to get my money back. I do not recommend this site and will not purchase from them again.”

“Payment was received 3 times for the same order, but the order was not confirmed. When I enter the site, it says that you do not have a given order. I sent an e-mail and asked for support, no response for 2 days. Money was taken from my account 3 times for an order that I could not place. No one is interested. I suspect it is a scam site”
