“Ordered a Christmas present on the 16th and it’s not giving me details of delivery and have emailed 3 times and no reply and phone lines are done so no contact what do ever, but they where happy to take my money.”

“Recieved my order which was great. Decided no longer needed as my daughter is too young. Decide to return & returned 4 items. Waited 3 weeks after emailing 3 times. Got an email saying I would recieve a refund for 1 item. It was over £100 order. I think it’s pretty disgusting. AVOID this company at all costs !!!!”

“My order made on the 17th November has still not arrived now 30th Nov. I've sent 2 emails with no reply. Tried to phone today to chase up but voice message says phone lines are down until end of week, its now Tuesday! Live chat option isn't available. Absolutely awful company to buy from and will never be buying from again.”

“I stupidly read the reviews after I had made my purchase and spent the whole weekend worried I had lost a lot of money, I have been pleasantly surprised but the updates given were on point and the goods arrived before the official date i was given. I can’t fault them to be honest. The items are Christmas gifts so don’t have photos”

“Iv used you for so many birthdays and Christmas’s over the years never once had a problem the only thing I would say though is that you could do better on is the delivery time and updates! This would make you a 10/10 right now your more of a 7/10 as the delivery time is abit long and dragged out compared to other companies Iv used. But still a good genuine company that has amazing bargains 👍👏🏻”

“Ordered something from here then read the reviews for the company as hadn't heard of them before. I was very sceptical as some people saying there a scam. I personally couldn't have been more happy. I received my order after about 5 days of purchase and a lot cheaper than anywhere else I had looked. Great little find.”

“Ordered a toy on 8th November, it has still not arrived (23rd). No easy way to contact the company - phone lines are down, no live chat, no email address. Toy was a birthday present for 27th, going to have a very disappointed child.”

“I’ve ordered 5 different products over the last few weeks, all have been recieved and in perfect condition, all but 1 was delivered in the time frame but was recieved a week later, not going to complain as these things can happen occasionally, and I aren’t a scammer or a fake account, I will be back to purchase more things”

“I ordered some toys on the 7th/ november and i am still awaiting my order 3 weeks later. Trying to contact Bargainmax and there is a technical issue with their phone lines for the 2nd week running its an absolute joke and i want my money back. Courier used typical evri is a joke and bargainmax replying to customer queries is a joke says 1 day on their social media pages but 2 days when they send you an email. I will never shop here again. Absolute disaster”

“I was a bit worried after reading a selection of reviews, I ordered a hey Duggie mud kitchen which was on the deal of the day for £34 then I had 10% off for first order, I received a confirmation email instantly and then a notification when it was dispatched five days later, I tracked it on the Evri site and it was delivered in nine days and the box was in good condition, the contents were all in excellent condition and I am very pleased with both the speed and service provided, I know evri can be hit or miss and I was fortunate to have a good experience”

“Item was left on doorstep in the rain, badly packaged. Item had previously been opened and original box was damaged. It was difficult to tell if it was complete (Lego set). Bargain max phone not working and website contact form for damaged goods would not submit. I had to start a PayPal claim as it was impossible to contact anyone. Had to be returned at own cost. I will never order from here again.”
