About True Toys:

We're True Toys, an online toy shop for real families. We've been doing this for 14 years (you might know us better as BargainMax), so toys are something we genuinely know inside out.

We've just grown up a little along the way, mostly because a lot of us became parents too, and that changed how we see everything.

Delivering the true value of play

We bring together the toys families love from the big names like LEGO, Mattel and VTech to exclusive finds you won't get everywhere else, all at honest prices. But we've never believed value is only about what you spend. It's about knowing what to choose and feeling good about that choice, because behind every order is a birthday, a surprise, a milestone or a memory in the making.

“I ordered the Nerf Trilogy late on 12th April. It was delivered extremely promptly on 14th April. I certainly can't fault that service and can understand why your company receives so many highly complimentary reviews. I can definitely recommend Bargain Max to friends and very much look forward to shopping with you again.”

“My first order payment never worked so I reordered it again got that order but still getting told by Klarna that it’s still on my account as you have not reported to them that I never got the first order Shocking as am fed up calling about it and nothing getting done bad bad customer service”

“I purchased 2 LOL big hair dolls and they were delivered by courier 2 days after placing my order. I am very impressed with the service supplied by barginmax. The prices are the best and the delivery was quick. I will be definitely shopping with them again.”

Hi, We do apologise that there was an issue with your delivery, I have looked into your order and can see that you have spoken to remember of our staff and that the issue has now been resolved. “I love this site, I always come here to check prices as the packing always tends to be better than the other sites, and most of the time the toys are cheaper too and with free delivery. The customer service was excellent when we did have an issue over Christmas, it was resolved with plenty of time. I've recommended it to all of my friends.”

“I ordered from Bargain Max at the end of November. The parcel got to Evri on the 6th December, where it was stuck. I was informed by Evri to get in contact with the sender. I tried to get in contact with Bargain Max, by message it wouldn't send , by phone the line was constantly busy, by email which was ignored. I eventually got it after Christmas. I will not be ordering from Bargain Max again.”

“Shoped around on the internet for 150 Mega Bloks and BargainMax were by far the cheapest at least. I ordered them on the 1st of february and they arrived on the 3rd of February. I would order again with no hesitation”

“We were trying to place a large order for our daughters 6th Birthday. Really happy with all the choice and the prices. When going through the payment the page kept crashing when trying to pay by Debit card. I logged a ticket with customer services prompted by a banner saying 20% off if you’ve experienced an issue placing an order, I expected to wait days but was lucky enough to get an email through 5 minutes later from Dan McKay. Dan was amazing, helped get us the 20% off code and made sure the payment was successful. He even wished our daughter a happy birthday! Dan if you read this you’re a credit to the company! Thanks again”

“Such an ease of navigation of thier website. Ease to order and payment types available. We were kept informed from the initial order to the actual delivery, which was without doubt very quick indeed. One item appeared to have had a label removed from the packaging, this was evident by cardboard having had the outer layer removed, but rest of packaging appeared to be fine, there was also part of another label stuck beneath our address label. One end appeared to have been re-taped also. On opening one package all was OK, second was not, it looked as though somebody had repackaged and returned, but to be honest with a quick check glance this could have been missed, the items required removing from the box to actually see they had been rebagged. Items are damaged though. Very quick response from Bargainmax. So excellent customer service.”

“I had never heard of Bargain Max before so I wasn't sure whether to order anything. I was looking for a doll that was out of stock everywhere, found it on Bargain Max for a great price and they also sent me a code for 10% off my first order. Delivery was fast and free and good communication throughout. My daughter is very pleased, would definitely use again in the future ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Avoid!!! Do not use these, ordered a bike and it was 3 weeks late coming, couldn’t get hold of anyone so went to the wear house myself and spoke to someone, they sent a new one out the next day. The bike come and the box was battered with holes in it, Bike was damaged and parts missing! Would never use again”
