“Placed an order for my daughters Christmas present on 1st December and have heard nothing since and it’s now the 9th! When I’ve emailed I’m getting no luck. Have looked at your Facebook page and it seems alot of people are not getting Their orders! If you can’t cope with the demand don’t take the money or at least update your customers on what’s going on!”

“No way of contacting them to say they have not delivered my package! I have only used this site once, never again! The telephone number they have on the website just is a loop of someone telling you to go to the website. I have no idea where my package is (the tracking on the website is useless) and no idea how to get a refund.”

“I recently placed an order with Bargin Mac and I wasn’t happy with what was received. I ordered two items and only received one. The box it came in was ripped to pieces and the delivery note had been left outside the box. We know someone has definitely tampered with it. However. Trying to get in contact with Bargin Max is another problem. The contact number doesn’t work and I’ve waited nearly 7 days for someone to get back to me. I’m extremely unhappy as it’s coming up to Christmas, everyone is finding it hard and all I expect is some communication. Please contact me asap”

“Happy with the items but not happy about how a box with a £60 item wasn't sealed at all! No tape has even been put on the box so was wide open when I received it! Could easily have been stolen or damaged!”

“Purchased item. after a 10 day wait finally arrived. Packaging was just a flimsy cardboard box with minimal celotspe. No protective packaging at all. As a result item arrived with damage. Part of the toy had snapped in two places making the item worthless. emailed within 10 minutes of receiving to advise of damage. Automated reply saying would be in contact in one working day. 12 days on and still no reply. Was first time using bargain max but will not use again. Which is a shame as there were further items I wanted to purchase.”

“At first I was very wary about this site as I has been scammed before,I needed to get my grandson a special xmas gift as I had got all his sisters,shes easy to buy for but boys i find a lot harder,and they both live with me so i wanted to get it right.and i found this go cart,at a real good price here at Bargin Max i paid,and waited but nothing,eventually I had a email to say it was with the courier,but still it never come,,I found out from the courier services that my parcel had in fact been taken or lost within that journey of ,,to courier to coustomer,,i emailed Bargain Max and had a very quick response from a lady called Leah who offered me a full refund or reorder I wanted to reorder, so that's what I did,although it may not of got to us in the 48hours we were told after that's fine as there were postal strikes,but this company is real it sells loads of stuff at Bargain prices, ,Thank you Bargain Max.co.uk for the support and for getting my order sorted our.”

“I haven’t received my order!! It has been at Evri local depot since 30th! To be fair it is Evri’s fault but I have no way of contacting them directly and Bargainmax have been unresponsive to my emails!! I am supper annoyed for this frustrating experience!”

“This company took 3 lots of payments out of my bank when I only ordered 1 item once and I never received a confirmation email. They have not responded in 2 days and the money has not bounced back into my account so I am now £70 down and no contact. I would avoid this company at all cost.”
