“Rubbish service tried emailing 4 times cannot get through as technical problem . Said that the last two weeks. Box had already been opened on baby’s car covered in bits Obviously had been returned. Disappointing will not use this site again. Still waiting for reply two weeks later.”

“I made a return nearly 3 weeks ago and I have not received my refund, also no one replies to my emails regarding this. Ia m very unhappy with the service i have received. The return reason is: we just changed our mind. Order number MAGENTO2000649415”

“This is the third year I’ve used bargain max and I always find amazing toys for amazing value! Using Klarna to spread the cost is a massive help too as I’m able to buy the bigger presents in time for Xmas , thanks again for making it that little bit easier for me this year ! I always tell friends and family how good your site is x”

“Ordered 2 items recieved one , the courier they use is poor , I spoke to customer services item was reordered still not received it they sent me tracking number , but courier never delivered on day said they was rescheduling the delivery and haven't heard anything since told company and as of this minute no response .”

“I ordered over 2 weeks ago or more. The delivery firm keeps sending text parcel to big we will get another delivery firm. They send a text they never turn up. I cant sign in to my account i try to reset password no link is ever sent and my email is set up as i recieved emails. Is this company legit?”

“Ordered item never arrived. Difficult to contact to find out where my parcel was to be told parcel was lost and now item not in stock, 18 days after ordered. Luckily ordered with payment through Klarna as first time I had purchased from here so didn’t have to go through process of getting a refund. No apology and would not recommend after reading so many bad reviews on Facebook.”

“Terrible company waited 3 weeks and contacted them and they said they lost the delivery tracking number and gave me an option to cancel or reorder I ordered again only to be told the item was out of stock and canceled my order I don’t believe they had it in stock I had to give 1 star to leave a review or it would have been a minus score I would recommend not to use this company”

“Ordered a collectible Lego set of which they squeezed the box into and box too small and totally crushed the box The customer service response time was extremely slow although there was an order of partial refund if I keep the item but once I agreed to this nothing more happened and just gave up”
