“Very good thank you, my only comment would be that the grooves cut into the box to slide the Perspex cover into did not line up so the Perspex cannot be fitted. I’m positive this will not takeaway from the flavour of the port however so not to worry.”

“Excellent service with a quick turn around from receipt of the order. The website is easy to navigate and a choice of secure payment methods are offered. The recipient of the presentation, a bronze finished L118 Light Gun, was extremely happy with it. I would recommend Ballantynes to anyone who is looking for a similar presentation piece and I will definitely consider using them again.”

“I am very happy with the service from Ballantynes. They went out of their way to ensure I received the figure in time for a birthday. The figure was good quality and was as expected. However, Parcelforce said they attempted to deliver the parcel, but someone was in all day and there wasn’t a ticket. I only found out by tracking the parcel. It then took an hour to chase up Parcelforce who were going to call me back, but didn’t. It was delivered the following day in time for the birthday. Five stars are for Ballantynes, not their use of Parcelforce”
