“Thank you. I am delighted with the grouse. I bought it to be awarded as an annual golf competition trophy in memory of my lovely husband, a Scotsman and keen golfer. His golfing pals will be delighted with it as well. He was also a very fond of Grouse whisky. Your service was excellent .”
