“Absolutely cracking service from start to finish. I placed two orders, both dealt with really quickly by Izzy. I ordered Macallan, Tanqueray, two bottles of port and three pieces of engraved glassware (a long glass, pint tankard and a jug). Neil came back to me very quickly with my proposed engraving designs, and the completed order followed really quickly - round about a week (or less) from initial enquiry to delivery. Every piece looks stunning and I know that my Club will be back with more orders in the future. Excellent products, outstanding service and rapid and safe delivery. Top drawer. Very many thanks!”

“I recently bought two sets of two engraved whisky panel style tumblers as retirement / leaving gifts for colleagues. We presented them last night and both were over the moon with them. The tumblers are a beautiful, meaningful gift that they both really appreciated. Ordering is so easy with helpful and responsive communication. An absolute pleasure to deal with and I will be back for future orders at some point!”

“We found a figurine by BoW in a gift shop. Not wanting to carry such a large box in our baggage, we logged onto the website to find the figurine there. Instead of the figurine we came looking for, we found the hand-painted Scottish piper! The piper is exquisite in every detail! He now sits prominently on our mantle as a reminder of our 17 days in Scotland. We could not be more pleased with the quality and detain from the fine folks at Ballantynes! Beautiful piece shipped very quickly!”
