“Superb customer service: I quite urgently required two bespoke engraved items, and I called ahead to check that Ballantynes would be able to supply them in a swift fashion. The phone conversation was friendly and no-nonsense, as was a follow-up email. From phone call to receiving delivery was less than 48hrs. Items arrived with lovely crisp engraving, and were very well-packaged. I'm looking forward to dealing with them again in the near future.”

“This is the second time we have used Ballantynes, after a very positive experience the first time. The turnaround by Ballantynes is amazing. Within 5 days of ordering, our items were engraved to our wishes and sent out. They arrived well packaged to prevent any issues in transit and we couldn't be happier. The engraving is excellent and they come in beautiful presentation boxes. I highly recommend Ballantynes if you want something that is given expert care and attention to detail.”

“I recently received my “Pilgrim” figurine here in Australia. It arrived in lass than 10 days and I absolutely love it. It is a striking piece and the craftsmanship is first class. I ordered mine with the mahogany base which really adds to it. It is a very unique addition to my career mementos and is a great conversation starter.”
