“Fantastic service by Neil and his team. I quickly needed to obtain a presentation item and they turned it around very quickly. I even offered to pay extra for a quicker delivery which they declined and got the item to me on the date they said it would be delivered.”

“Fantastic item, really well made, and the service was first class. Would definitely recommend Ballantine , and I will use them again. Possibly remove name on packaging , especially for gifts, as recipient took delivery and realised what it was. Not really an issue but for info. only. Many thanks.”

“Have used Ballantynes on several occasions and they never fail to deliver quality. They take your image and in no time they get back to you with what they can do and will not proceed unless you are happy with it. From start to finish it's fast very efficient service. Will be using them again in the near future Sadly can not add a photo as it's a surprise presentation piece”
