“I am very happy with the service from Ballantynes. They went out of their way to ensure I received the figure in time for a birthday. The figure was good quality and was as expected. However, Parcelforce said they attempted to deliver the parcel, but someone was in all day and there wasn’t a ticket. I only found out by tracking the parcel. It then took an hour to chase up Parcelforce who were going to call me back, but didn’t. It was delivered the following day in time for the birthday. Five stars are for Ballantynes, not their use of Parcelforce”
