“Absolutely chuffed to bits with the order I made. I only ordered it on the Sunday afternoon and it arrived on the Thursday. It was a retirement gift for a colleague at work. I can confirm that Ballantynes are a thoroughly professional company who delivered everything as requested. My work colleague was blown away with the gift and also a little tearful. Great product and great price. 5 star customer service 👍👍”

“This is my second order i know have 4 Military sculptures which arrived i perfect condition and very quickly. the packaging is the best i have ever seen when buying online. I would recommend Ballantynes of Walkerburn every time.”

“ordering the product from Ballantynes was very easy. The staff were very helpful and their assistance was given in a friendly manner. The care taken to ensure the design was correct was a great reassurance that I would receive exactly what I wanted. When it arrived it was indeed just right and the quality was excellent.
