“I had a query on the product I ordered and was surprised to get a prompt response directly from Neil Ballantyne the MD of the company, who answered my query helpfully with suggested alternatives to the size of the design I'd chosen. The engraved bottle, for a 60th birthday, arrived bang on time and I'm really impressed with Ballantynes of Walkerburn. I'd highly recommend them.”

“I found that Ballantynes was the only place that offered my corps (Royal Pioneer) as it was disbanded 1994, the boots and beret are very well made and will buy again for my next cap badge. The item is a good size and after paying for the item it was dispatched in great speed. I would recommend Ballantynes of Walkerburn for all my products.”
