“I placed an online order for a statuette at approx 11am, followed up with a call. The staff were very helpful and ensured my order was despatched urgently. I received it, complete with engraving by 9am the next morning. It was bought as a surprise leaving gift and my colleague was made up with it. “The statuette "Poilus" arrived quickly and was carefully wrapped. The item is very fine quality. It's even nicer than I had anticipated. Its always a bit of a gamble buying items sight unseen but this was a very good experience. I would use Ballantynes again without hesitation.”
