“Apart from the excellent craftmanship apparent in all the details of the statue, it is the customer support that is truly outstanding. Nothing was asked too much and they managed to meet all my requests; even the tight deadline I gave them for the delivery in Germany. Rarely seen such commitment!”

“I purchased as a gift a wine decanter inscribed plus four glasses for a friend. She was totally blown away when opening the “package” having expected perfume or other. The service from order to delivery was exceptional and as a repeat customer this quality has never diminished over the years. Exceptional Platinum service.”

“Product good but delivered with incorrect base. To their credit the MD personally replied and offered an exchange but it was after the fact really. These are important occasions so please get it right, whatever the circumstances.”
