I ordered Macallan, Tanqueray, two bottles of port and three pieces of engraved glassware (a long glass, pint tankard and a jug). Neil came back to me very quickly with my proposed engraving designs, and the completed order followed really quickly - round about a week (or less) from initial enquiry to delivery.
