“Service was very good even down to realizing the mistake in the order. The statuette was extremely well received and is now in pride of place in the bar. Thanks to all at Ballantynes”

“The firing glass I ordered was engraved and the guys did a wonderful job using a (to be honest) low resolution image as this was the only one I had. I want to thank the team and recommended them to anyone reading this review! Absolutely brilliant and the firing glass is wonderful.”

“The inscription plaque looks like it was thrown onto the base from a distance. It is warped, scratched and does not conform to the shape of the rounded base. It is also not centred on the piece. I would not recommend Ballantynes to others as this is shoddy workmanship.”
