“I ordered a whiskey decanter set on a tray, Neil was very helpful throughout the process as I was not too sure what I wanted written, he gave me some examples, I ordered the product on Thu and it arrived on Monday, a very good service.”

“This is the third Royal Marine yomper I've purchased but it gives me great pleasure to say that this one is truly remarkable! Its the first one I've elected to have hand-painted and the attention to detail is stunning. Equally the engraving is spot on! “Had problems placing the order on android phone initially but was rectified with a telephone conversation. We visited your site to uplift the hipflask and because of poor/no signage had difficulty locating the building. Other than above issues, overall an excellent purchasing experience. Quality product, value for money, reliable information and good communication.”

“Brilliant service, sent a preview and made a small alteration for me, dispatched quickly, item did arrive with some damage to packaging but this is not a reflection on the company as they had made every effort to package well. The engraved bottle of whiskey is a retirement gift and looks superb, couldn’t be happier.”
