“Provide a very good service but would be helpful if there was the facility for having an account rather than paying up front. I purchase on behalf of a Scout District and we don't have online banking so have to use my personal account.”

“Good Quality product and communication. But a bit slow on how long it took from order payment to receiving pin badges. Also a tad expensive. Would recommend if your not in a hurry. You can pay extra for a quicker turn around but as already a little over priced didn't take that option. good product though.”

Hi Garry. Thank you for your review. We do advise the standard lead time is approx 4 weeks for enamel badges and, on this occasion, your order was actually delivered in 3 weeks - payment was made on 11 July and delivery was taken on 2 August. We were pleased with this as 3 weeks is a very good turnaround time for enamel pin badges and what you would likely expect from a higher priced Express Service.

“I really appreciate the work MBC badges does for me. My last order is possibly the 5/6 with them. Always well done. May I suggest that it is made a little clearer earlier how much a purchase will costs. The bottom line figure. I would like to receive my orders (and indeed confirmation of that order) much earlier. If you could reduce the turnaround time that would be great. 4 weeks seems a long time to wait. Thanks for the chance to feedback. John”

“I think your woggles are excellent, however you did change my design a little by replacing the old Scout logo on the badge to the latest one. The lady taking the order said do I wish to change it and I declined.”

“Great service as always. The artwork was turned around very quickly and then we got into 'production'. The finished badges arrived well before I needed them so all good. I hope the Cubs and Scouts enjoy them.”
