“I really appreciate the work MBC badges does for me. My last order is possibly the 5/6 with them. Always well done. May I suggest that it is made a little clearer earlier how much a purchase will costs. The bottom line figure. I would like to receive my orders (and indeed confirmation of that order) much earlier. If you could reduce the turnaround time that would be great. 4 weeks seems a long time to wait. Thanks for the chance to feedback. John”

“I think your woggles are excellent, however you did change my design a little by replacing the old Scout logo on the badge to the latest one. The lady taking the order said do I wish to change it and I declined.”

“Delivery for when I needed. Colours and size of borders on website aren’t very clear. Meaning they aren’t exactly how we expected but they are still nice and very good quality.”

“Great service as always. The artwork was turned around very quickly and then we got into 'production'. The finished badges arrived well before I needed them so all good. I hope the Cubs and Scouts enjoy them.”

“We have generally been very happy with the service and quality of MBC Badge Company. However there have been some delivery issues recently which were disappointing.”

“We have used Epik for a number of years and were always very happy with their service. MBC Badge Company have now taken over, and although the quality of the goods is still very good, the initial ordering process and delivery were considerable less efficient and could do with some improvement, but apart from that, we will probably use them again in the future”
