“Always very pleased with neckers but often wonder why it takes so long for them to be sent out after order placed. Is it because you only make to order? An associate ordered neckers for his Group from another Companyat the same time as me. He received his order in just over a week.”

“Provide a very good service but would be helpful if there was the facility for having an account rather than paying up front. I purchase on behalf of a Scout District and we don't have online banking so have to use my personal account.”

“Good Quality product and communication. But a bit slow on how long it took from order payment to receiving pin badges. Also a tad expensive. Would recommend if your not in a hurry. You can pay extra for a quicker turn around but as already a little over priced didn't take that option. good product though.”

Hi Garry. Thank you for your review. We do advise the standard lead time is approx 4 weeks for enamel badges and, on this occasion, your order was actually delivered in 3 weeks - payment was made on 11 July and delivery was taken on 2 August. We were pleased with this as 3 weeks is a very good turnaround time for enamel pin badges and what you would likely expect from a higher priced Express Service.
