“The adult size still isn’t large enough, disappointing Good quality stitching but feels slightly cheap material .”

“I have found MBC very friendly, helpful and efficient. Also the quality of the neckers are excellent and delivery as soon as order is available. The only reason I haven't marked them 5 out of 5 is when I asked if they would place the order exactly the same colours as last time for me, I was told there was a charge of £10 for this service, I was quite astonished at that fact, as I was placing a good sized order with them and explained I was not very good on the computer . I did pay reluctantly as it took me ages to order last time and had to phone the company with questions a few times. I personally don't think that is very good business gesture.”

Hi Gail. The colours on the website are the same but will vary by screen settings. A digital representation of the colour is never going to be 100% accurate to the appearance of cotton material. This is why we advise sending the swatch book of sample colours, so you can see what the material colours look like first hand.

“MBC bit was great and should have met all milestones, the delivery let things down. You might think of changing UPS as your delivery courier they said they would come in morning waiting in for them then said afternoon, then said evening, never came. In morning next day said would deliver from 13:45 it arrived 12:00. NOT impressed with UPS.”

“Sales service was great delivery was on time. After sales not so hot. Asked for confirmation of preferred payment method & my email was ignored (very odd, most businesses are keen to make sure payment for goods is made efficiently). Prepared my own remittance advice & forwarded payment to bank detail on the invoice. Remittance advice asked for confirmation that payment had been received - again the email was ignored. It's good customer relations to follow up on these kinds of requests, and just plain common courtesy. Poor show with the last little bit - rest of the service was absolutely fine.”

“I needed to order a number of neckers that had different size and colour requirements. MBC were able to provide those smaller numbers of different colours - which other companies couldn't do due to their minimum order requirements. MBC replied to my initial enquiry really quickly and placing the order was quick and easy. Due to the time of year, it did take quite some time for the neckers to be made/shipped to us, but MBC did advise of this up front so I was aware of the longer timescales. Really pleased with the quality of the neckers.”
