“Sales service was great delivery was on time. After sales not so hot. Asked for confirmation of preferred payment method & my email was ignored (very odd, most businesses are keen to make sure payment for goods is made efficiently). Prepared my own remittance advice & forwarded payment to bank detail on the invoice. Remittance advice asked for confirmation that payment had been received - again the email was ignored. It's good customer relations to follow up on these kinds of requests, and just plain common courtesy. Poor show with the last little bit - rest of the service was absolutely fine.”

“I needed to order a number of neckers that had different size and colour requirements. MBC were able to provide those smaller numbers of different colours - which other companies couldn't do due to their minimum order requirements. MBC replied to my initial enquiry really quickly and placing the order was quick and easy. Due to the time of year, it did take quite some time for the neckers to be made/shipped to us, but MBC did advise of this up front so I was aware of the longer timescales. Really pleased with the quality of the neckers.”

“Fast response from initial enquiry to final product. However, the final badge was not as per the proof- some colour changes on the heart border. Have still used it as don’t want to waste 1000 badges.”

Hi Tina. Thank you for your review. We are sorry to see that a colour error where one of the blue hearts has been incorrectly weaved in orange has been missed in QC. In these rare instances we do offer to replace the badges in full but, as you say, it is a shame to waste 1000 badges and we are grateful you can accept them with the fault. “Great quality product and the second badges I’ve had produced. Production times were spot on. The only issue I have is the lack of willingness in some parts to reproduce my design. I understand that I had some intricacies that had to be simplified but things like text were produced without issue on my first order. They obviously pushed themselves and managed to get the text as designed. Happy overall”

“Communication was great throughout and the end product very good. Only issue was they produced the sample patch the wrong colour background to what we had asked for and image provided so had to wait even longer for the final product.”
