“After being a customer for many years, to be told now MCB are charging £10 per order when you ring up to place an order is very poor service.”

Hi Michael. We are sorry you feel this way. The £10 admin charge is only subject to plain necker orders placed over the phone or by email, as these items are available to purchase online through our website. When placing your order over the phone, our team need to manually set-up the order and raise the invoice which adds to the time and cost of the entire process. The online order process reduces our costs and helps us maintain the lowest possible pricing on the neckers for our customers. By ordering online (and avoiding the £10 admin charge) there is the further benefit that your orders will go into production more quickly, you will be building an online order history and going forward it will allow you to place repeat orders very easily at your convenience.

“Long delays in delivery times. No communication from company until I initiated it. Ordered in March, delivered 18th June!”

“Product up to standard but delivery was not, had to remind the company several times and even remind them I’d ordered in the first place! Took several weeks to arrive, so not at all happy with that side of their lack service . Yes I know it’s Xmas but their items are hardly Xmas related goods.”

“UPS have tried to deliver some badges I ordered a while ago, I believe they are driving to school seeing a closed shutter and driving off instead of walking down the community path as I instructed. MBC should have informed UPS and then we would have already received items which are needed by our scout group.”

“We factor in that it takes 4 weeks for an order to be delivered but did not know that you outsource orders to Chinese workers causing a further 4 weeks delay because of the time of year we placed our order. Not happy with the excessive delay. Why didn't you ask someone else to complete our order so you meet your normal 4 weeks turnaround time?”

“The staff who helped to created the badges have always been very helpful and come up with some fantastic designs. However, I have had some difficulties with the administrators in the company and coupled with a reluctance to accept that the errors were all on their side has resulted in the poor rating”

“The web page for ordering neckers does not make it clear whether you are looking at the front or the back. We have had two batches of neckers with labels and hems on the wrong side.”

We are sorry you did not receive what you were expecting. The graphic shows the necker rolled with the front apex facing forward. If you are unsure in the future please let us know so we can advise in advance of the order.
