“Well it’s a long story but to keep it short the First order you sent us was wrong that colour on our side all the leaders got together and two of us were outvoted that’s why I only ordered 10 of the gold &scarlet which is perfect so thank you for that we ordered from the cub account so every section owes the cubs some money but that’s my problem please cancel the Ist order we placed with you we don’t need that colour please keep the latest colours on your order list but many thanks M B Promotions we will be placing another order shortly the neckers are beautifully sewn and good packaging thank you for all your help On behalf of Highfield Scout Group Valerie Baron Group Lead Volunteer”

“We ordered 150 scouting neckers of a particular tartan. Brilliant service and understanding from the start. MBC exercised patience when I had a difficult time trying to get a group opinion whether or not to proceed. When we did decide, we had a tight deadline which MBC met ! Fantastic customer service. My only negative which is not much of a negative is that the neckers arrived individually wrapped which is excess packaging. I'd of been happy with no packaging.”

Hi Eleanor, thank you for your review! With regards to the packaging, the neckers are packed individually as standard to protect them in transit and avoid movement causing creases. We want them to arrive with our customers in the most presentable condition. The bags are fully recycled but we recognise some customers still prefer less packaging, and we can bulk pack to reduce this upon request. Please do let us know on future orders your preference for the packaging (a note in the notes box on the order form will do the trick). ^MBC

“I have used in the past with Wrangholm Hall boys club, I recently ordered new badges for the lizard canary association of GB, and they are absolutely beautiful, everyone at the association are delighted with them, I wouldn’t use anyone else I would have no problem recommending as even after all these years, they are still number 1 Many thanks again”
