“Disappointed with turnaround time for my order for Group neckers. I appreciate that the main issue was outside their control but it is time to start sourcing materials from the UK or at least closer to home!”

“Shame your website wasn’t higher on my Google search! But found you eventually, you had the product we were looking for in stock which was great, easy to order, dispatch took a bit longer than expected but when I sent an email to follow this up I got a reply same day with a dispatch email so that was great. Product arrived well packaged- overall happy. Thanks!”

“The product is good. What was frustrating was that the product - neckers, took so long to arrive. The website advised plain neckers dispatched within days if a plain design (which ours were). They took nearly a month to come. The reason given was supply issues.”
