“I didn't realise at the time of purchase that the phone specific phone holder would only fit the phone without a phone cover. If this was highlighted more at the time of purchase I would have bought the adjustable holder. Due to custom charges and cost of posting from Ireland to the Uk, returning the item doesn't seem economical, so I'm left looking at trying to find an alternative.”

“We wanted to use Carmount for our phone holder but found out that it is not compatible the C3 Picasso as there are no appropriate flat surfaces. This literally solved the problem. Really useful product. Really practical website for buying as well. Good stuff.”

“Bought the magnetic holder system for a Samsung Galaxy ULTRA and despite following the instructions the ring will not attach stronly enough to the phone, even after cleaning the attachment point and leaving it overnight to secure. After a few times of using it, the ring comes unstuck rendering the mount useless. Then there is the return policy that if the item is not complete in a re-sellable condition without screws being used, they will refuse it? How are you supposed to mount something and then find out it is useless if you don't use the screws etc. I will never buy from then again and make sure anybody I know is aware of the returns policy for something that does not work.”

“Recently ordered another mount for my new van from Brodit, as usual it arrived very fast but this time it was missing 2 screws needed to attach it, but one email to them and they had a whole new mount sent out next day!! cant ask for more than that :) will certainly recommend to others and be using in all future vehicles.”
