Thank you for taking the time to review your purchase. Your order was dispatched via DPD immediately upon receipt. Customs in the destination country tried to make contact with you without success in regards to due duties, after 10 working days the parcel was returned to sender as unclaimed. Therefore a refund in full was issued. “The in car phone holder has made it a lot easier to just get in the car and go. I’ve not given it a 5* as it does not allow the phones to be moved into a different position as it does not quite face me. Otherwise, the service was excellent and the product is of good quality.”

“Well since I have yet to receive my order or even receive a tracking link or which delivery carrier will have it, I have to give a 1 star. Honestly more communication about why I have not received a tracking link would be appreciated.”
