“Tried to order a centre mounting kit for an earlier version of my car, but support soon sorted me out. I had to have the right mounting kit for my car as no centre consol model exits, On fitting, straight forward except for the step which removes the tilt swivel mechanism which required quite a tub to get if off.”

“These products are not excellent. Robust and stylish they defy the aftermarket label. I have used the holders in a Volvo V70 for 10 years and am now using a holder in a Mercedes that looks and feels as though it’s part of the original trim. Highly recommended.”

“Disappointed- I received the product promptly but it was missing the ‘wedge shape’ tools to fit the holder into the dashboard. Fortunately I had kept these from an old order from a previous car so I was able to fit the holder. However, without them it would have caused a great inconvenience. The fitting on this one is also very poor, you can see the excess glue what has been used to fit both parts together. Compared to my original purchase over a year ago, it appears the quality of the product and service has dropped.”

“I researched and bought a Brodit phone holder for my car from babol (drivesafeandlegal.co.uk). Information on the website was clear and comprehensive - I had high confidence that what I was buying would do the job. Delivery was great - next day. “Very expensive. It is solid though. Instructions not great. Tried to get “live chat’ and was told someone would get back to me because everyone was busy. 3 hours later, still waiting. It’s enough mention of having to drill holes, but the faceplate it came with had no holes in it. No screws in package either.”

Sorry the fitting process was not as expected. Self tapping screws should have been in with the holder, if you still need these please contact our Customer Services on 01905 677555 or info@babol.co.uk We don't have a Live Chat facility so you may have been on another sellers site.

“Quality product. Replaced my previous Babol mount for my TomTom Go 620 as that had worked loose over 15 years and no longer was tight to the grill causing the SatNav to wobble when car was driven quickly. If this mount lasts as long I’ll be very pleased. Very good customer response and speedy delivery.”

“Excellent service. I was not sure what to order for my car so sent an email. Response was by return. I was told exactly what to order which made the process extremely easy for me. My order was delivered the next day. You cannot get better service than that. Part has not been fitted yet, but I'm sure it will be okay”

“Not the cheapest products but based on my experience they do their job excellently. specifically the passive phone holder for LG G5 and Proclip for my GT86. So much so that I bought a new holder for my new phone (Huawei)”
