Hi Gareth, I am sorry you were not happy with the delivery service received. One of the items ordered was a special order from Brodit in Sweden, with an expected delivery time of 7-10 working days, and I am sorry if you did not see this message next to the product at the time of ordering. Despite being a busy retailing period, I was pleased to see that we were still able to deliver in 9 workings days. Kind Regards, Simon

“Excellent customer service and the product is wonderful! I could not find a phone holder for a Mini Countryman that would fit properly then I was recommended a Brodit holder by a Mini dealership - problem solved. Holder came quickly and communication about my order was great - all in all 5 stars!”

“Awful delivery service. Don’t use Royal Mail. They may be cheap but the service is awful. Or if you do then make it clear that is who you are using so people can shop elsewhere”

“Fitted this yesterday but the instruction for my 68 plate Superb are slightly wrong. It says that to insert the 2 wedges into the bottom but about the silver strip. There is no silver strip and you cannot insert the wedges inbetween the top 9"display and the dash But the clip fits in ok just by pushing it in till it stops then bend the top down into the top of the vent..”
