“Sent the wrong clip even after ordering over the phone with my vehicle details. When requested the correct one told I need to send the wrong one back first before they send the correct one out. Asked them if they could send the correct one with pre-paid returns envelope only to be sent an email with an order number and returns slip to print off before they would consider sending the correct one out. As I have dealt with this company for many years and many many clips and Holders I will not use again once this is rectified. Quality of the clip and holder is good however customer service for a returning customer leaves an awful lot to be desired.”

“Bought a mount for a Ford Fiesta and was very disappointed with the fit. Due to the size and fitment it’s easily knocked by the passenger. It also fits poorly in the dash.”

“I've just installed the phone holder and mounting bracket for my GT86 and phone holder for my Sony Xperia 5. Installation for mounting the bracket was simple and fitted very well, the adhesive wasn't even needed, it fit in place that well. I also appreciate you supplying a wipe to clean the dashboard area before installation. Fitting the phone holder onto the bracket was also easy to install, my phone (in its case) fit securely in place. The only faults I found was the thread on one of the screws for the phone holder had worn easily, so uninstalling the phone holder will be difficult. Also lack of additional screws, in the case of lost hardware. Apart from those minor issues I would definitely recommend this product to any on the lookout for a premium phone holder for their car. Great product. Jay”

“Placed an order online for a seat mount and tablet holder, got a call the next day to confirm the order and to make sure the holder was correct for my needs. In this call a better holder was identified, so order amended, and it received next day. Fitting was very quick and easy, instructions were clear and concise. Admittedly this wasn't the cheapest option on the market, but it looks to be a sturdy bit of kit that will last for a long time.”

“We have had your products in 3 cars so far!! Perfect fit in every car, firm and safe. No more shaking about or the suction cup dropping. No more adhesive pads getting soft in the sun and no more broken vents. Will continue to fit these products and recommend them. Change care, change the bracket, phone holder is interchangeable.”

“Excellent product and pleased with the end result but being a female purchaser, I had to ask a colleague to help me install it in the car as I found I needed some extra assistance, especially with mounting the clip angled in the glove box and wedging it in the gap in the side of the stereo. I purchased a Proclip Angled Mount for a Skoda Yeti 10-17 together with a Universal Herbert Richter Holder and HR Tilt Swivel for Brodit ProClip. Would highly recommend as a quality product.”

“If you want to use Google maps or Apple Car play navigation via your phone then you need to connect your phone using the usb port in your car and there are no better phone cradles on the market IMO that does so than Brodit's. I purchased one of their cradles for a Samsung S20+ that allow you to keep your phone's case on. I have a Spigen Ultra Hybrid case, the phone and case fits snuggly with no problems with data transfer. I'd just wish car manufacturers would fit USB 3.0 ports with at least 2.0 Amps”

“Fitted bracket in friends van (Mercedes Citan). Perfect fit to mount his tomtom sat nav to. Already had tomtom mount from previous van. Very clear instructions and pictures. I have bought quite a few Brodit mounts over the years for different vehicles and different devices, and they have all been easy to fit and worked perfectly. Highly recommended.”

“As always an almost perfect mount. The only 'issues' with this model are that it is not lined like prior iPhone mounts and that the tops of the sides where the phone slides in were a little sharp and needed a slight buffing down with emery paper. Apart from that it works as well as every Brodit mount I've used over the last 18 years.”
