“The brodit product well made and good quality 5 stars for that. But when i put the proclip center mount then passive holder in my vauxhall insignia 2019, I can only place it in one position but really close to my indicator stalk still can operate it just. Do they even measure the dashboard overhang or even set it up in vauxhall to make sure that they is room for indicator stalk can operate properly. Because of this 1 star out of 5 stars if they took maybe 2cm-3cm off center mount goes under the overhang then make sure that they is enough room between stalk and passive holder then it could been 5 stars.”

“My order took ages to arrive and when it did finally arrive and it was fitted i keep getting messages saying there is fluid in the lightning connector and charging is not available. What is the point in me ordering this item if it isn't fit for purpose!! Not Happy”

“I thought I was buying direct from Brodit. Ended up coming from Babol??? Order update lacked delivery info, as although the items were supposed to be in stock, the order took two weeks to arrive.”

Sorry for any confusion with the name, Babol operate the Brodit UK online store. You're in safe hands, as between us we have over 100 years experience of the Brodit product and work very closely with the brand in Sweden. Unfortunately one of the items on your order was a special order and the reason for the delay in shipping.

“I have a 2020 Ford transit Custom, and I managed to buy a Brodit 605003, but its not much cop at it sticks out a bit 50mm more than it needs to into the windscreen. What you really need is a 604858 which fits much snugger to the A-Pillar. But the customer service at Babol were actually wonderful in sorting out my problem. This is the way customer service should be and the sort of service I hope my customers experience from me.”

“Great quality, very sturdy & easy to install! Better than any other window suction phone holders or non slip mats I’ve tried. Very helpful customer service, I originally ordered the wrong size phone holder and exchange was offered very quickly, shipping was also nice and quick, overall super happy! Worth the money!”

“Can't fault them. Ordered a passive mount and custom vent clip. The holder was a bit too snug, but customer service was excellent. They even suggested to exchange the part for a adjustable one. All sorted.”
