“Recently bought the leopard buggy liner. Fits great in our Bugaboo Cameleon 3 plus. The sheepskin is so so soft and doesn’t malt which I’ve heard others can do. My son absolutely loves it and slept instantly when I put him in his pram! We’re going to get lots of use out of it I’m sure!”

“A disappointing returns experience with Baa Baby. (The mittens I ordered for my grandson’s birthday were too small so I had to return them. There was no process for exchanging for the larger size; the only option was to return and re-order. (The larger size was then out of stock anyway.) The returns procedure was unwieldy, involving the separate shipping company, and the refund took 3 weeks to reach my bank account.) However, Baa Baby then replied very promptly when I emailed them about this, even refunding my original shipping cost to me as a gesture of goodwill. Hence my 4 star review. I should also add that the quality of the mittens was very good. Such a shame they were too small.”

“Received my baa baby mitts and I have got to say how beautiful they were. Well packed in a lovely little cotton drawstring bag. Cannot fault this wonderful company, who clearly puts time and effort into their beautiful products. Will definitely purchase again from Baa Baby”

“The footmuff is beautiful and great quality. I have not been impressed with the mittens though- the gap around the handlebar of my pram (uppababy Cruz) is too big so there is cold air flowing into the mitten. The zip on the mittens also undoes itself over time. I wouldn’t therefore recommend at all. Delivery was fine but if I’d realised I’d have to fully pay for returns myself I never would have ordered it.”

“A super bear that brings joy. I ordered a small flat koala for myself ( I’ve always wanted a koala - I’m 70 ), as I was really ordering a small chocolate bear for a relation in their 60s who’s going through stuff. My koala is soft, beautifully crafted and oozes, ‘made with love and care’.”

“I had a small issue with my original sheepskin rug, but customer service went above and beyond to sort it out. They arranged a replacement straight away, even before I’d returned the original item, which was incredibly reassuring. The team were really attentive and helpful throughout. The rug itself is beautiful - amazing quality, super soft, and exactly what I was hoping for. Most importantly, my baby absolutely loves it. Would definitely recommend both the product and the company.”

“The string came away from one of the mittens as soon as I tried them on my 16 month old great-niece the Friday before Christmas. As I wanted to give her them on Christmas day, I had to take them to a garment alterations shop to be stitched securely.”
