“Nice products but not particularly helpful when asking for an exchange for a larger size. It means losing the new customer discount and having to Purchase another pair (without discount) and waiting over two weeks for a refund. So whilst the products are lovely - 5 star - the customer experience has not been great which reduces the overall rating.”
