Delivery took almost 4 weeks to EU.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post a review and we completely understand your frustration. Shipping to the EU has been increasingly difficult since Brexit and we are regularly trying out different courier services to try and improve timescales. We have just moved our shipping to Fedex now as a result of your feedback and early indications are good. We hope that you loved your order even though it took a little while to arrive. Thanks once again for letting us know your experience - it really does help us grow and improve

We brought the Keizer natura footmuff after advice from the company that it would fit our specific pushchair - the Joolz Hub+ Unfortunately, the footmuff was too big so we had to return it. We were disappointed that we had to cover the £12 cost of the return ourselves despite being advised that it would fit.

We are really sorry you are unhappy with your recent purchase. Our advice to customers on fitting is based on our own purchase of prams and customer photos and reviews. We have a number of customers who are very happy with the fit of the Kaiser Natura in the Joolz Hub and Kaiser themselves recommend this as a good fit in their literature to us. Sometimes it is personal preference in terms of whether you feel the footmuff is too large or small for the frame but we do try to be as helpful as we can and provide images where we have them. I am sorry that your return cost so much - we wouldn't expect this to be so high at all and couriers typically charge around £3-6 depending on the size of the parcel. We are in the process of having our new returns portal up and running so customers will no longer face high return costs, as this does sound very expensive. I will forward on a gift card to you for £10 as a gesture of goodwill towards this 🙂

Unfortunately I would not class this as a universal fit. The first time I used this product with my Uppababy Cruz, it became apparent it does not fit this buggy well at all. I was then unfortunately denied a refund or exchange.

We are sorry you did not feel the Bowron pram liner was a good fit for your pram. We always offer full refunds or exchanges to customers when they are not happy with their purchase however the item must be unused. In this instance the liner had been used with your child and had not just been tried on the pram for fitting. We do have to be rigorous in ensuring our products are in a pristine and unused condition and would never resell an item that was not. I hope that you can understand that this is to protect our customers.

Extemely disappointing. I asked before I bought how well the cord was attached and was told it was threaded through and then knotted before sewing to avoid it becoming detached. My granddaughter has had the mittens for 1 week and one is already off. On inspection it is not knotted and neither is the other pair I purchased for my other granddaughter. I have re attached the mitten to the cord and done what was claimed to be in the first place but after asking the question in the first place I am not at all impressed

We are very sorry to hear you are disappointed with your purchase and also disappointed that we have not had the opportunity to rectify the matter. We can see that you received close up photographs of the mitten attachments prior to purchase and the following response to your query on how secure the cords are ‘ The strings are both fed through the seam of the mitten and then knotted on the inside. The manufacturers have just changed to this method having used stitching before which has come undone. We haven’t had any returns or complaints regarding them coming removed but of course we wouldn’t necessarily know if parents have been tacking them back on and adding extra security to the stitching’ We seek to constantly provide an excellent , transparent service and liaise closely with manufacturers over any quality issues. We will of course pass on your concerns to the manufacturers and please do return the mittens to ourselves for a full refund. Customer satisfaction is our main priority.

We have so many lambskins at home scattered on furniture, a lambskin rug - even the dog has one! Looking for a skin for our newborn however, we came across BaaBaby and bought a white lambskin. The skin feels extremely firm and not exceptionally comfortable and fluffy as some in the images. Its bearable. However, what was worse was the poor packaging. It arrived rolled up, simply in a grey plastic unbranded bag. Not a pleasure to receive and the bag had been split in transit leaving the skin to come into contact with goodness knows what. Usually buying baby products a great deal more care is given to the protective packaging and a little style wouldn't go amiss! Not such a pleasure to receive sadly.

Thank you for taking the time to post a review and provide valuable feedback. We are sorry to hear that you are not fully happy with your purchase. Our lambskins are normally packaged in cotton branded bags however we were waiting on a delivery and did not want to hold up despatch of orders. We are sorry our packaging standards didn't meet your expectations and can fully understand why this is the case. We will also email you directly with a returns label should you wish to return the lambskin or have an exchange - most of our customers comment upon the softness and comfort and whilst all the lambskins are slightly different, we wouldn't want any customer to be dissatisfied with their purchase from us. Once again please accept our apologies that we fell short of our usual standards and thank you for letting us know how you felt about this. We genuinely appreciate your feedback as it will helps us to improve next time.
