“ I love a flat bear and have bought many over the years but the shop that previously stocked them cannot find a supplier now. Now that my 1st grandchild is on the way, I really wanted to find a bear and came across the Baa Baby site. I am delighted with the product and service was efficient. I have knocked one star off due to the price. Whilst this is a quality item, it is rather expensive. ”

“ I ordered the sheepskin buggy liner. I paid for speedy delivery but it didn’t come in time for my holiday. I needed to return this product to be told I have to pay my own postage for the return. I can’t find that stated anywhere in my original order. So unless you are 100% sure of your purchase be aware you will have to pay for your own returns. ”

“ Nice products but not particularly helpful when asking for an exchange for a larger size. It means losing the new customer discount and having to Purchase another pair (without discount) and waiting over two weeks for a refund. So whilst the products are lovely - 5 star - the customer experience has not been great which reduces the overall rating. ”

“ The gloves them selves are ok, however the packaging was all wrapped and gloves lightly stained but after waiting nearly 2 weeks when I paid the extra for delivery because of issues woth DPD Baa Baby refused to give me the refund of the extra money. Apparently they couldn’t find any of the three addresses I gave them. Which is a nightmare. But that wasn’t my fault. ”
