“Item is beautiful. Paid extra pound for quick delivery and came on time. Marked down a star as you had to download an app to track it so I missed delivery notification and it was left in my shed and the box got soaked! Luckily item was ok inside.”

“I have ordered a Fellhof Premium Sheepskin Pram Footmuff and the quality is good. The item description was very detailed, which was extremely helpful; I needed a footmuff for Cybex and the regular "universal" type won't fit where other stores did not cover all the nuances. The only downside - Baa Baby does not cover taxes/customs charges (most UK online shops include it in the delivery charge). I have checked the website page and there was no info that customers will have to pay customs fees. Technically nothing to say as Baa Baby simply did not cover that important part. If you live outside the UK be prepared to pay customs. In my case, I ended up paying additionally a 1/3 of the order price as taxes. A simple note in the Delivery & Returns section: "We do not cover customs charges for customers who live outside the UK" would save some customers from the negative experience. The good part - delivery was fast.”

“I ordered this little bear as I’d heard how wonderful they are. I’m hoping it will come in very useful when my sons have their babies. It is so soft and tactile and I can’t stop having a chat and cuddling this little bear.”

That being said, we are happy to select sheepskins that match customer preferences when we are asked.
