“The item bought was smaller than expected as they now come in two sizes . Also the packaging was very flimsy ( plastic ) and no inner wrapping on the actual item. Luckily it wasn’t damaged but I’d didn’t feel very ‘ special’”

“I love how easily this fits to my son's pushchair. I would normally use a blanket which would not stay in place when my son moves around in the chair and it would then be all scrunched up behind his back.”

“I love a flat bear and have bought many over the years but the shop that previously stocked them cannot find a supplier now. Now that my 1st grandchild is on the way, I really wanted to find a bear and came across the baa baby site. I am delighted with the product and service was efficient. I have knocked one star off due to the price. Whilst this is a quality item, it is rather expensive.”

“it arrived in a couple of days and I used it to wash my sheepskin slippers in the washing machine. The now look much cleaner although they took several days to dry.”

“Item is beautiful. Paid extra pound for quick delivery and came on time. Marked down a star as you had to download an app to track it so I missed delivery notification and it was left in my shed and the box got soaked! Luckily item was ok inside.”

“I have ordered a Fellhof Premium Sheepskin Pram Footmuff and the quality is good. The item description was very detailed, which was extremely helpful; I needed a footmuff for Cybex and the regular "universal" type won't fit where other stores did not cover all the nuances. The only downside - Baa Baby does not cover taxes/customs charges (most UK online shops include it in the delivery charge). I have checked the website page and there was no info that customers will have to pay customs fees. Technically nothing to say as Baa Baby simply did not cover that important part. If you live outside the UK be prepared to pay customs. In my case, I ended up paying additionally a 1/3 of the order price as taxes. A simple note in the Delivery & Returns section: "We do not cover customs charges for customers who live outside the UK" would save some customers from the negative experience. The good part - delivery was fast.”
