“So soft, so cuddly... chocolate bear! Gift for grandson Have hidden him at the bottom of a wine box with a false bottom Added other little gifts to give him a clue! To work out what his present is! Chocolate bears, a tin of hot chocolate, books about bears and a mini zoo model of a koala bear etc Thank you! Was hard to give it away - maybe I need one for myself!”

“Purchased the milk lamb footmuff and pram mitts. Excellent quality products. So soft and warm. The footmuff keeps baby really cosy and the mitts keep my hands snug while still allowing a good grip on the pram.”

Thank you for your review, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. Your order was shipped and the tracking information was provided at the time. Unfortunately, due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, all items imported into the U.S. now require customs clearance and payment of import duties. Our records show that the courier attempted to contact you twice regarding payment of these duties. As the duty was not paid, the item was returned to us. We completely understand how disappointing this is, and we want to assure you that this situation was beyond our control. However, we have taken steps to prevent this from happening in the future. We have now updated our shipping policy for U.S. customers: we will cover customs duties ourselves, with a revised shipping rate that is significantly lower than paying the duty separately. We truly regret that your experience fell short of the service we aim to provide. Please know that this change in policy reflects our commitment to ensuring a smoother and more reliable delivery process for all our U.S. customers going forward. All our U.S customers placing an order under the new shipping arrangement will receive their item without any hold ups or fees. I'm just sorry we did not have this in place when you ordered. Once again, we are very sorry for this experience and appreciate your understanding.

Unfortunately, we did not notice that you had also requested an exchange for the item you ordered. This follow-up request was missed on our side, and this was entirely our fault.
