Recently bought the leopard buggy liner. Fits great in our Bugaboo Cameleon 3 plus. The sheepskin is so so soft and doesn’t malt which I’ve heard others can do. My son absolutely loves it and slept instantly when I put him in his pram! We’re going to get lots of use out of it I’m sure!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Bimibamba is a far better product and infinitely better customer service. I ordered a footmuff. It arrived damaged. I raised the damage with clear photos of the damages, and they wanted me to send the item back to be 'inspected' which was wasteful, unsustainable, and time consuming as the damages were clearly outlined. Terrible customer service. I was out of the country and the refused to send me a return label for the country I was in and have since ignored my emails.

We don’t usually respond at this length, but in this case we feel it’s important to explain the wider context so people can judge for themselves. From the very first contact, this interaction caused us concern. Before any order was placed, we were repeatedly pressured to change our returns policy specifically for this individual, despite explaining that our policy applies equally to everyone. During these exchanges, we were told things like: “Binibamba doesn’t fit my pram but yours does. I don’t like your mitts but I like Binibamba’s, We were also asked to match another brand’s returns terms and questioned repeatedly about why we wouldn’t do so: “Binibamba returns are £4 total. Is this how much your returns are too, or will you make me figure out how to return it and pay the hefty fees for the heavy item?” We explained, calmly and consistently, that as a very small independent business we simply cannot offer free returns, and that our policy is the same for all customers. This allows us to keep prices competitive. That explanation was met with accusations of rudeness and poor service, followed by emotional pressure: “I think it’s rude, terrible customer service… I’m also really stressed out. My baby is unusually distressed… can you please please please have some compassion and help me out?” We want to say this clearly: we have enormous compassion for parents — many of our customers are dealing with exactly these challenges — but emotional pressure cannot be used to override a policy that exists to ensure fairness for everyone. Despite our concerns, an order was placed. We considered cancelling it, but chose instead to fulfil it in good faith. The item was delivered, and for almost four weeks we heard nothing further. Nearly a month later, we were contacted to say the item had only just been unboxed, and damage had been found. An image was sent showing a very minor loosening of stitching around a small branded label, which was described as “looking like it had been used for several years.” That description simply did not align with the condition shown at all. Even so, our response was immediate: we offered a free, prepaid return so the item could be inspected and resolved properly — by repair, replacement, or refund if appropriate. That offer was refused. Instead, we were told: “I must inform you that, as a new mother, I simply do not have the time or ability to arrange the return shipment.” This was particularly confusing, as earlier messages had specifically asked us to provide a returns label. When we then arranged collection, we were then told that the item was in Canada and were asked for: “A full refund without requiring the return of the faulty item.” At that point, we had exhausted every reasonable and lawful option available to us. We were also struggling to understand how an item had been taken to Canada and only been unboxed and checked almost 4 weeks after purchase. As a small business, we bend over backwards for genuine customers — and we are incredibly lucky to have a loyal, kind community who understand that fairness and consistency matter. What we cannot do is issue refunds without return, or change our policies under pressure, regardless of the circumstances. It’s deeply upsetting to be portrayed as having “done nothing,” when in reality we engaged, explained, offered free returns, and tried repeatedly to resolve the situation properly. We stand by our product, our policies, and the way we treat customers — and we trust readers to draw their own conclusions.

I had a small issue with my original sheepskin rug, but customer service went above and beyond to sort it out. They arranged a replacement straight away, even before I’d returned the original item, which was incredibly reassuring. The team were really attentive and helpful throughout. The rug itself is beautiful - amazing quality, super soft, and exactly what I was hoping for. Most importantly, my baby absolutely loves it. Would definitely recommend both the product and the company.

The string came away from one of the mittens as soon as I tried them on my 16 month old great-niece the Friday before Christmas. As I wanted to give her them on Christmas day, I had to take them to a garment alterations shop to be stitched securely.
