“Recently bought the leopard buggy liner. Fits great in our Bugaboo Cameleon 3 plus. The sheepskin is so so soft and doesn’t malt which I’ve heard others can do. My son absolutely loves it and slept instantly when I put him in his pram! We’re going to get lots of use out of it I’m sure!”

Thank you for your review, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. Your order was shipped and the tracking information was provided at the time. Unfortunately, due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, all items imported into the U.S. now require customs clearance and payment of import duties. Our records show that the courier attempted to contact you twice regarding payment of these duties. As the duty was not paid, the item was returned to us. We completely understand how disappointing this is, and we want to assure you that this situation was beyond our control. However, we have taken steps to prevent this from happening in the future. We have now updated our shipping policy for U.S. customers: we will cover customs duties ourselves, with a revised shipping rate that is significantly lower than paying the duty separately. We truly regret that your experience fell short of the service we aim to provide. Please know that this change in policy reflects our commitment to ensuring a smoother and more reliable delivery process for all our U.S. customers going forward. All our U.S customers placing an order under the new shipping arrangement will receive their item without any hold ups or fees. I'm just sorry we did not have this in place when you ordered. Once again, we are very sorry for this experience and appreciate your understanding.

Initially, you reached out with a question about fitting a pram liner for the Cybex Balios S Lux, and we marked your query as resolved. Unfortunately, we did not notice that you had also requested an exchange for the item you ordered. This follow-up request was missed on our side, and this was entirely our fault. “The quality of the footmuff is great and very cosy for the upcoming winter. I recently ordered the luxe sheepskin in the colour milk and absolutely love it! My daughter feels very cosy and snug and must admit the fit for Cybex Priam is also good given the good doesn’t come off.”
