No happy with the service. Didn’t receive order, didn’t receive tracking and when I queried the order they gave me the tracking which looks like the parcel was left outside by bins and the bins have been collected twice since then. Nonsense. £54 on two bears. Just want my money back.

Thank you for getting in touch. We are sorry to hear of your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify the situation. Both the order confirmation and tracking information were sent automatically to the email address associated with your order. We have checked our system and can confirm that the tracking email was successfully sent at 3:52pm on 26th November. Your subsequent email to us was a direct reply to this tracking notification, which confirms it was received. According to Royal Mail tracking, the parcel was delivered on 1st December to your nominated safe place. The online tracking also shows a delivery image and confirms that a card was left to advise of the delivery. When you advised us that you were unable to locate the parcel, we sent you our standard Denial of Receipt form. This form is required so that we can formally raise a claim with Royal Mail. It confirms that all reasonable checks have been made and allows Royal Mail to investigate the matter further, particularly as you indicated the parcel may have been removed after delivery. Once this form is completed and returned, we will be able to proceed with a full refund and pursue the claim directly with Royal Mail on your behalf. At present, we are unable to take this step without the completed declaration, as we have confirmation of delivery to your address. We understand your concerns and genuinely want to resolve this for you, but we do need this written confirmation in order to move forward. Please let us know if you would like us to resend the form or if we can assist you further in completing it.

Thank you for your review, and we sincerely apologise for the frustration and inconvenience you’ve experienced. Your order was shipped and the tracking information was provided at the time. Unfortunately, due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations, all items imported into the U.S. now require customs clearance and payment of import duties. Our records show that the courier attempted to contact you twice regarding payment of these duties. As the duty was not paid, the item was returned to us. We completely understand how disappointing this is, and we want to assure you that this situation was beyond our control. However, we have taken steps to prevent this from happening in the future. We have now updated our shipping policy for U.S. customers: we will cover customs duties ourselves, with a revised shipping rate that is significantly lower than paying the duty separately. We truly regret that your experience fell short of the service we aim to provide. Please know that this change in policy reflects our commitment to ensuring a smoother and more reliable delivery process for all our U.S. customers going forward. I ordered the sheepskin buggy liner. I paid for speedy delivery but it didn’t come in time for my holiday. I needed to return this product to be told I have to pay my own postage for the return. I can’t find that stated anywhere in my original order. So unless you are 100% sure of your purchase be aware you will have to pay for your own returns.

The parcel with the baby boots in hasn't arrived at my daughters block of flats yet Her address is 10 Long Meadow, Torriano Av, LONDON NW5 2SU I would be delighted to give a better review if I could judge the boots on their own merits SORRY

We are so sorry you haven't yet received your order, this was despatched the next day with Royal Mail and we were unaware that you had not received this until the review was posted. Royal Mail have not yet processed the export therefore we have immediately refunded you for the full order. We have also raised a query with Royal Mail to track the parcel and will be in touch with the outcome of this. I am sorry that the experience with Royal Mail shipping has reflected poorly on your review of Baa Baby - please be assured that we do everything we can to help our customers and resolve any issues with shipping, but we can't influence the service that the couriers provide

Hi, you keep sending me emails about planting trees and if I like my purchase, I haven’t received it yet, I have emailed asking when it will be delivered. No reply. Hope this helps get my order. Fiona H

Thank you for taking the time to post a review Fiona, we are so sorry you have not received your order and were completely unaware that there was a problem, having checked all of our spam and junk mail too just to be sure we hadn't overlooked your message. The tracking was sent out when your order was despatched and we have just had a look and can see that there has been no movement of the parcel for a number of days. We have raised a query with the couriers and in the meantime have sent a replacement in the post to you. We will keep monitoring this and also the original parcel to make sure that it is received - and should you end up with two we will arrange for the return of one back to us. We'd be really grateful if you could try and resend your original email to us and double check the address for this as we want to make sure that this is an isolated incident. Thank you for taking the time to post a review and we are so sorry you don't seem to have your parcel yet. We were completely unaware of a problem with delivery. I can see that you ordered on 4th December and Royal Mail is showing the item as delivered, with proof of delivery on 8th December . The parcel tracking was sent out to you on 5th December when we despatched the item. The gloves them selves are ok, however the packaging was all wrapped and gloves lightly stained but after waiting nearly 2 weeks when I paid the extra for delivery because of issues woth DPD baa baby refused to give me the refund of the extra money. Apparently they couldn’t find any of the three addresses I gave them. Which is a nightmare. But that wasn’t my fault.

Thank you Zoe, for taking the time to post a review - all feedback is really valuable to us to help us improve. We have had a look at your order and can see that the mittens were ordered to an address that is no longer current. We changed the address as soon as we received your email and the correct one went out with your order. Following this there appears to be an ongoing issue with DPD who claim to have attempted delivery on a number of occasions, however we can see that you have disputed this with them. We have ourselves asked for a review of what has happened with DPD and this delivery and will let you know as soon as they come back to us. We don't have any record at all of a request for refund for issue relating to light staining so please do get back to us if there is a problem with the product. All our sheepskin mitts are carefully checked before they leave our warehouse so should arrive in perfect condition and we certainly would want to make sure that this is the case for our customers

Really disappointed that my order didn’t arrive and when I enquired the retailer just cancelled and claimed to refund the funds. No apology, explanation or confirmation of money transaction. Still not received

Hello Debby, Thank you for your review and we are so sorry you have experienced a problem with your order. I have had a good look at this case and can see what has happened. Your order was dispatched and a tracking number issued via our confirmation email (see tracking below) https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/tracking-results/JW242948476GB The order was returned to us as 'address inaccessible' and we emailed to advise of this but received no response and therefore refunded your order. I am wondering if we don't have your correct email address on our system or if there is an issue with our mail going into spam. Regardless of this, I can absolutely understand your frustration and upset. I can see we have a phone number for you on file and should have telephoned and spoken to you rather than emailing with an automatic refund. We have definitely learnt some lessons through this and will change our practice to only refunding an order once we have customer confirmation that this is what they would like. If you would like to proceed with your order we would be more than happy to arrange this along with a discount on the original order price for the level of service you have received - please email me directly if you would like this -nhelen@baababy.co.uk and I will arrange this for you and personally monitor the delivery Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention and once more apologies we did not communicate with you better on this matter in the first place.

The baby booties were really small. Wanted to return but no return slip was included. Hassle to find return info online. The return address stated on the website is wrong! All seems very dodgy and this experience was disappointing.

I am so sorry you have had a problem trying to return the booties. We don't include a returns slip as we are trying to be as environmentally conscious as possible. Our returns information is on our website with the correct address, I have added a link below for you. In addition, there is a link on the webpage to our Royal Mail returns tracked service - this allows you to take the items to any local post office, or arrange for collection at your home. The last thing we want is for customers to be disappointed in our service and wanted to reassure you we are definitely not 'dodgy'. We have been around almost 15 years, have a corporate partnership with a national charity and have won a number of awards for our products and service. I am very disappainted. The product seems to be lost in the post and Baa Baby is not even aware of it. It's an additional stress I don't need and I will think twice before I order from Baa Baby again. I hope your costumer service will make good my lost order.

I am so sorry you have had an issue with the DPD delivery of your order to Germany. As a company we do everything we can to counter the current delays due to Covid and the usual Christmas increase in mail - we despatch orders same day and ensure that deliveries are tracked end to end. In addition we use international courier services that are much quicker than Royal Mail. As soon as we were aware of your issue we raised this with DPD and we have also sent a replacement out with an alternative courier service. I do hope that you can appreciate that the delivery service is outside of our control and that we have done our utmost to resolve this. We take customer service and satisfaction extremely seriously and are very disappointed that the delayed delivery has caused you to doubt our service.

We are so sorry to hear you have had a problem with delivery of your item and can fully understand your disappointment. We can see from our system that your order was placed on Sunday 13th and a Royal Mail tracking numbers was sent to you on Monday 14th when we despatched the item. We are really disappointed we have not had the chance to resolve this more quickly for you as we were unaware that you had not received the item. As a company we pride ourselves in quick delivery and excellent customer service - please be assured we will contact you directly on Monday morning to resolve this matter.

The item was not brushed properly so all the hair was coming off from the edges. Asked for a refund but my postage was deducted even though it wasn’t my fault that the product was not right. They said the product was not faulty to that’s what the postage was deducted but it was not in useable condition anyway..I do NOT recommend it!

We are so sorry you are unhappy with your experience at Baa Baby this is not something we would want at all. The lambskins are natural products and do not 'shed' hair but there can be some loose fibres after the lambskins have been cut if they are not brushed from all angles. I can see that we emailed you on 27th August with the offer of a free sheepskin brush if you were worried or a retun/exchange. We didn't recieve a reply to our email and we are sorry we were unable to help you on this occasion.

We are so sorry you are unhappy with the product you bought. We can see from our records that you emailed in with your query and were replied to immediately offering a link to the manufacturers website to verify the product, information on the cut of the sheepskin and also offering a full refund and a free return. We understand that you have now requested an exchange product which we will happily provide once we receive your return.
