Thank you for taking the time to post a review and we are so sorry you don't seem to have your parcel yet. We were completely unaware of a problem with delivery. I can see that you ordered on 4th December and Royal Mail is showing the item as delivered, with proof of delivery on 8th December . The parcel tracking was sent out to you on 5th December when we despatched the item. “We were given the booties as a gift: super cute, beautiful, soft and comfortable little boots, but most importantly they stay on and don’t fall off!! My 3month old has worn her’s every day since we were given them as a gift. We have a few friends having babies over Christmas and I have bought them all a pair as I think they’re brilliant.”
