“No complaints about Baa Baby with a quick turn around of purchase and delivery along with reasonable prices. I had looked around before settling on BaaBaby to buy the lambskin bassinet liner from. The fact the liner came in white which my daughter in law was after was also fortunate as most were honey coloured. Would buy from Baa Baby again”

“A very responsive company when enquiring about products. Once received, absolutely beautiful with an earthy but lux feel. Booties were snug and baby rug is so soft and gentle.”

“I purchased a pair of booties and a hat. Both beautifully made and so soft. The hat came up small for my little one and exchanging it for the larger size was a seamless and very quick process. Will be recommending to everyone I know!”

“Baa baby have a lot of different products to offer, quick turnaround and excellent customer service. We recently got the Sheepskin Pram Style Liner in Milk Shorn Hair, it is perfect. Amazing quality, fits the pram perfectly and is so comfortable and practical for our baby. Will last for such a long time as the sheepskin is high quality and not cheap! 5 stars from us ☺️”

“Really pleased with the product - quick delivery. But abit disappointed by the packaging as it was a gift for a baby shower. Last one we ordered came in a nice box this one was just in a plastic type bag.”

Thank you so much for taking the time to place a review and so pleased you are happy with the FLATOUT Bear Rug. All of the FLATOUT products are delivered in the packaging direct from the manufacturer along with our own paper packaging through the post. I am so sorry you were not delighted with the way this is packaged - we do have a gift boxing service but can see from your order that this wasn't selected. We have just tried to check your previous order to see what the difference might be as FLATOUT rugs have always been packaged the same way. We can't however find a previous order under your account - perhaps this was with a different email account ? We would really like to investigate this further so we can make sure you are 100% happy and see what might have happened previously so do get in touch with us directly at baa@baababy.co.uk
