“The repairers of my S Type Jaguar struggled to source the parts needed over 2 weeks; maybe I was lucky in finding (via the internet) Auto Reserve Jaguar but glad I did - the parts were held for me until the repairer was ready to carry out the work - all credit to Dan for his excellent customer service. Great service with great price.”

“I like dealing with the guys at Auto Reserve. In 2019, I bought a rare XJ8 V8 4.2 Sovereign LWB with tons of options on it. Some of the trim pieces are therefore rare and a few were broken or absent. I have now found all of the parts I needed via Auto Reserve Ltd. With one particular part, I'd had several discussions with them over what could be causing the issue. Two weeks later, I received a courtesy call to check whether the part had cured the fault. I was amazed at that level of customer service. I recommend them to anyone I meet who runs a late-model Jaguar.”

“The service with contact direct by telephone was the very best with a well informed parts department individual. He was able to answer my questions and even selected a part from the stores to be sure it was correct and was suitable for my 'S' Type Jaguar. The promised delivery was on time. If a future need arises I will be sure to contact "Auto Reserve Jaguar".”

“Prompt despatch and product in perfect condition. Delivery significantly delayed by Royal Mail issues through absolutely no fault of seller. Good service but perhaps use another delivery option unless Royal Mail can sort themselves out?”
