“Terrible service, ordered a power steering pump and when had received the pump was so clearly faulty with over 1/2" of movement on the pulley. Claim to test all parts, not true, a simple 1 min inspection would of seen that part is faulty. Please do not claim things are not true, that you actually test of can be bothered to see that parts are fit to be dispatched to customers waisting there time and money on faulty parts. My order number was Order # 000125743, in case you wonder if this genuine criticism of your service.”

“I have recently purchased an older 2004 X Type and for obvious reasons it needs some attention and care. Whilst searching for spare parts I came across Auto Reserve and decided to try them out. Every part I searched was easy to fine and a very good price, I also needed help with a part and the customer service was also a great experience. I will continue to use Auto Reserve for all my future needs.”
