“I was pleasantly surprised when a real person answered the phone after just a few rings. That perwson was Andrew. He was very helpful & knowledgeable with my query. It didn't take him long to answer all my questions. It didn't take him much longer to locate & send the part I required at a very fair price. I gained a very useful contact & will undoubtedly use this company again. Excellent service from begining to end & quite refreshing these days.”
