“My latestest order was the 2nd time I've used gift cards and it's also the 2nd time I've had issues using them. On both occasions both new codes have had to be provided. My latest order also arrived wet due to a lid coming off of a bottle. That being said, the Customer Service is always phenomenal. Yes I've had issues but those issues are quickly rectified and even a replacement bottle was sent out that day and received the next day following the leak. As said, the Customer Service is fantastic and the products are just as good. Its because of this, despite hiccups, I'll keep coming back.”

“all is ok with the order.. There is just one slight problem the leather conditioner that I bought this time, is not the same as I have always bought. I dont know if you have changed formula or what but if you want my honest review, the "Hide leather" is not the same as last time and not as good as last time. others are totally fine and very good as always Thanks again!”

“The quality of products are to a high standard and in my opinion the customer service department went above and beyond (i had an issue with a code) i've not had the chance to use all of the products i purchased yet but what i have been able to use are excellent.”

“Easy to order, however I did not get the email advising the polishing set was in stock, so good job I kept looking. Came in the advised time and all items there. It's for our sons 40th Birthday, he will be so pleased and surprised. Thank you😊”

“Products are really good. But you pay extra for Saturday delivery so it turns up when your in, but it turns up on a Friday when you are not. Waste of extra money, and customer service doesn’t care or offer refund for Saturday delivery.”

In regards to the chosen courier delivering on the Friday instead of your chosen Saturday delivery service, we can only apologise for this on their behalf. We have not had an issue with them before when a Saturday delivery service had been chosen. I can see that the customer services representative that had dealt with your issue has sent an email over to our account manager to make them aware of their error. I can also see that a refund for the Saturday delivery had been issued, sometimes these refunds can take up to 5 days to be processed and due to the extended Jubilee bank holiday I can see this had been delayed but has now been refunded. Hello Linda, I am sorry to hear that you are disappointed, this certainly isn't how we want our customers to feel. Firstly, I just want to say how greatly we appreciate all kinds of feedback (the good and the bad!) and we always strive to make our products and services better based on this. Unbranded boxing is something we have been looking into offering as we understand that a branded box is sometimes inconvenient, but it's not something we have in place yet. Unfortunately, all of our shipping boxes, tape and shipping labels are heavily branded with the Auto Finesse logo and address, this has been happening for the past few years now. If you did place a future order with us and wanted it to be in an unbranded box then please do email our support team and they can see if this is something we can do, however, this is not guaranteed. “Packaging and shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but this maybe just be busy times for AF. As a small business, price is key especially during these times where trade can be up and down, some AF products price per liter come in cheaper than other brands but deliver in terms of performance & quality!”

“Service and products are spot on, one of my favourite brands! I love the satin on my tyres and trim. Just used triple for the 1st time and cant believe the ease it buffs of. This was my 1st order of the spray air freshener and sadly was disappointed, had to soak the carpets to get any type of scent and on returning to the car overnight their was no smell at all.”
