“I bought soft top cleaner and protector on recommendation from the garage I use for repair and servicing. Delivery was good but the product was fairly pricey and so far hasn't shifted the stains on my car's fabric roof. I've used it twice and will keep trying.”

“As usual, every order runs without problems. I really like the Revolution Shampoo. Unfortunately, the shipping costs and the delivery time to Germany are now slightly higher, but Auto Finesse is not responsible for that.”

“Bought some end of line products. No issue with them and good price. Delivery included so that was nice. Only downside was delivery as could not track and was not notified, it just turned up. Was in luckily.”

“Great product, we have tested it against other top products and it has come out on top. Only your delivery was very slow and arrived with the top not secured, causing a slight leak. The postman liked the smell though.”

“I am very happy with the products of Auto Finesse. One of the cans was however leaking but this is because of the transportation I guess. For the next time they could use something to fill the empty space. Nevertheless very happy with the products.”

“My latestest order was the 2nd time I've used gift cards and it's also the 2nd time I've had issues using them. On both occasions both new codes have had to be provided. My latest order also arrived wet due to a lid coming off of a bottle. That being said, the Customer Service is always phenomenal. Yes I've had issues but those issues are quickly rectified and even a replacement bottle was sent out that day and received the next day following the leak. As said, the Customer Service is fantastic and the products are just as good. Its because of this, despite hiccups, I'll keep coming back.”

“all is ok with the order.. There is just one slight problem the leather conditioner that I bought this time, is not the same as I have always bought. I dont know if you have changed formula or what but if you want my honest review, the "Hide leather" is not the same as last time and not as good as last time. others are totally fine and very good as always Thanks again!”
