“I had a problem with an order I placed before Christmas. One of my items was missing so I mailed to try and sort it out. Person who mailed back was very helpful and problem is now resolved.”

“I ordered a black friday deal and got a whole wrong package which was annoying. But they have a great service which helped me resolve my wrong package delivery. Sadly they did say they would give me a little extra for inconvenience but i did not receive anything, but i'm already happy i got the correct package. Great service and great products.”

“I bought the decontamination kit, plus a bottle of the citrus pre wash. Really impressed with the products, especially the Iron Out fallout remover. I sprayed the Iron Out onto panels, after a pre wash, wash, tar remover and rinse, and the each panel bled purple where the fallout remover was dissolving and lifting metal particles from the surface of the paintwork. I would never have thought that the panels were still contaminated before spraying on the fallout remover but I can tell you that the paint work was visibly brighter afterwards. My only issue with the Iron Out is that I managed to use a whole 500ml bottle on my car (BMW 4 series) but I'm unsure if this is because I was overzealous with the application, maybe I should have been spraying on less? The price of each product seems okay but it does seem to add up to a lot once you've got four and more in your basket, the kits are a good way of bringing the price down but sometimes if you select two different kits, you end up with multiples of the same product. A 'build your own' kit would be cool, if possible. Overall, very pleased with the products and service I received and will be purchasing more again.”

“Not used everything but what I used was great car looked amazing. My only criticism is that the user instructions are so small. Some sort of step by step guide would be helpful until you get used to the products. Overall I’m happy with my purchase. Had an issue with my delivery not only was it delivered to the wrong address but not even left in a safe place. A lot of money to lose because of a delivery driver.”
